I was a gymnast and had just won a gold medal on the highbar at the Victorian championships, I dreamt of completing at Nationals the following year.
On the 10th September 2016 I was training on our backyard trampoline when I under rotated a double front flip and landed awkwardly on my head breaking my neck in 4 places. I suffered a Complete Asia A, C5 Spinal Cord Injury.
